Frequently asked questions
-
The Wellbeing Room is a virtual wellbeing service designed for remote and hybrid teams. We run live, facilitator-led sessions focused on mental health, nutrition, work-life balance, and connection. Our goal is to help teams feel more supported, engaged, and human—wherever they’re working from.
-
Our sessions are designed for employees in remote or hybrid teams, particularly within small to medium-sized businesses. We work with HR leads, wellbeing champions, and managers who want to support their teams in meaningful, proactive ways.
-
We cover a wide range of wellbeing themes including stress and burnout, emotional resilience, mindful nutrition, boundaries and balance, team connection, digital overload, gratitude, and more. We can tailor sessions to your team’s specific needs or build a bespoke schedule. You can find a list of our most popular topics here.
-
All sessions are delivered live over Zoom and typically last around 60 minutes. They’re interactive, supportive, and always grounded in psychological safety. There’s no pressure to share—just space to reflect, listen, and connect.
-
Each session is designed for up to 25 participants to keep things intimate and engaging. For larger teams, we’re happy to run additional sessions or split groups to suit your setup.
-
We provide optional feedback forms after each session to help you track engagement, team sentiment, and key takeaways. Over time, you may notice improved morale, stronger communication, and more open conversations within your team. For longer-term packages, we can also offer reflection prompts or light-touch wellbeing check-ins to help capture progress.
-
Yes! We love working collaboratively to create something that fits your team. Whether you’re looking for a one-off session, a series of workshops, or a longer-term wellbeing programme, we can tailor our offer to your needs and budget.
-
Our facilitators are trained in mental health first aid, coaching, and nutrition—and bring years of lived experience with remote working, burnout, and wellbeing practices. You’ll always be supported by people who truly get it.
-
Yes—we offer one-off mini sessions so you can experience our approach before committing to a full package. It’s a great way to see how your team responds and explore what kind of ongoing support might work best.

-
Not exactly. Our sessions are informed by coaching principles—like active listening, powerful questions, and self-reflection—but they’re not one-to-one coaching or performance-focused. We create space for group exploration and personal insight, rather than setting individual goals or action plans. It’s more about connection, support, and shared growth.
-
No, The Wellbeing Room is not a substitute for therapy. While our sessions may feel therapeutic in nature, they are not clinical and are not designed to diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Instead, we focus on wellbeing education, emotional support, and community—helping people feel seen, heard, and better equipped to manage everyday challenges.
-
Yes! In addition to group sessions, we offer one-to-one coaching for those looking for more personalised support.
Evie offers nutrition-focused coaching, particularly around sustainable diets, food freedom, and nutrition for women.
Helen offers lifestyle coaching with a focus on mindset, self-care, and making realistic changes that stick.
If you’re interested in one-to-one support alongside your team sessions—or separately—just get in touch and we’ll talk through the options.
